Responsibilities:

You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain SAP Master data including material code creation, extension, GCS and internal data governance standards

• Support system improvement initiatives and digital workflow optimization

• Develop, implement and maintain SOP, work instructions and laboratory best practices

• Ensure alignment with internal quality, ISO and audit requirements

• Established structured processes for laboratory workflows, documentation and system control

• Equipment management & laboratory operations inventory, preventative maintenance schedule and usage guidelines

• Provide technical support for audio-visual and sound system equipment during events and demonstration

• Technical documentation and knowledge management support for technical documents

• Support preparation and submission of CAPEX proposal and equipment justification and monitor expenditures and budget utilization

• Explore and support adoption of AI tools and digital solutions to enhance productivity, documentation and knowledge management

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering Technology, Systems related field.

• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in related role

• Good analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and understanding of system

• Experience or have certification related to SAP / SAP Hana

• Strong communication skills and able to work collaboratively across functions.

• Strong systems thinking and process orientation

• High attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across digital and physical environments
