System Analyst
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage obsolescence/security-related projects and assessments across GMET division
- Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams and other stakeholders (including vendors) when necessary
- Monitor and track remediation efforts/budgets for obsolescence, vulnerabilities, and other security-related projects
- Prepare and present regular status updates, dashboards and reports to management
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to maximize value and minimize risk
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align vendor capabilities with business needs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to vendor management processes
Skills :
- Technical skills. Has advanced MS Office knowledge like PowerPoint for presentation, Word for documentation, Excel for data analysis or computing, etc.
- Documentation. Strong writing skills and presentation.
- New system development. Know-how in new system development or project implementation environment
