What’s the Job?
The System analyst goal is to deliver rapid, value-driven customer solutions for complex Insurance business problems. The analyst plays a key role in determining the optimal use of the Novidea product per client. He will liaison between the business side to the implementation and the development team in-house: needs to collaborate with end users and the project staff to evaluate the system, turn business goals into technical requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Working with enterprise customers in the Insurance ecosystem
- Leading design workshops, presenting customers Novidea product
- Gap analysis between customers requirements and the platform’s functionality
- Define high level and detail design solutions and converting into documentation
- Creating epics in Jira
- Working with internal departments in the organization: Product, R&D, Program Management
- Responsibility for quality and validation
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience as system analyst, preferably from the Insurance industry
- Experience working with Enterprise customers - Must
- Experience with writing high level and detailed design documentation
- Working in an Agile environment
- Fluent in English
