Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in system analysis, software development, or IT project coordination.
- Strong understanding of system development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification
Documents (FSD), User Stories, or Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Ability to understand and design workflows using tools like BPMN (Business Process Model
and Notation).
- Understanding of software testing methodologies and test case preparation.
- Basic understanding of programming languages like PHP, Laravel or Vue.js can be useful to
understand developer constraints and communicate effectively.
- Familiar with project/task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira).
- Basic experience with UI/UX tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
- Exposure to version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing
multiple projects and priorities effectively.
