System Analyst - Testing

About the Role:

Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, the Testing Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of applications across Conagra’s technology portfolio. You’ll collaborate with business and IT teams to understand requirements, execute testing activities, and support automation efforts. You’ll work closely with our IT outsourcing partners to make sure testing services are delivered efficiently, and you'll contribute to continuous improvement efforts through innovation and best practices.

You Will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather testing requirements and contribute to planning discussions.

• Participate in test execution across functional, integration, regression, and performance testing efforts.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Tosca and Selenium.

• Work with APIs and web services (SOAP/REST) to validate backend functionality.

• Assist in implementing test automation strategies that align with DevOps practices, including Azure DevOps.

• Monitor and report on test execution, defects, and issue resolution using standard metrics.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users and IT teams.

• Document test cases, results, and procedures to support ongoing QA and development efforts.

• Work with outsourced testing partners to ensure quality deliverables and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Participate in system and application reviews to ensure testing aligns with architectural direction.

You Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.

• Familiarity with functional, integration, regression, and performance testing types.

• Hands-on experience with test automation tools like Tosca and Selenium.

• Working knowledge of API testing tools and frameworks.

• Experience testing across technologies such as .NET, Java, SAP, or Oracle systems.

• Understanding of SQL and data staging concepts to support integration testing.

• Exposure to load/stress testing tools and environments.

• Ability to work with offshore or outsourced teams and manage task coordination.

• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools, ideally Tricentis and QTest

Compensation: 

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
