How will you make an impact?
As Oracle Cloud PLM System Analyst , you will provide technical expertise to build effective and scalable PLM solutions, aligning with Thermo Fisher Scientifics standards & strategic objectives.
 

What will you do?
As a Oracle Cloud PLM System Analyst, you would be responsible to support the validated and non-validated production systems by resolving access, incident and change requests in timely way and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Oracle Cloud PLM Developer, Administrator, or Fundamentals certification is preferred.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in the development, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud PLM and /or Agile PLM solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud PLM modules, including Product Development, Product Data Hub (PDH), and Innovation Management.
  • Experience participating in at least one end-to-end Oracle Cloud PLM implementation project.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Composer, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Working knowledge of validated systems and regulatory compliance requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Proven experience providing L2/L3 production support and troubleshooting for Agile PLM and Oracle Cloud PLM applications.
  • Extensive experience designing, developing, and implementing PLM and Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
  • Functional understanding of PLM business processes, including Part Management, Document Management, CAD Management, and Change Management.
  • Knowledge of life sciences regulations, including Design History File (DHF), Device Master Record (DMR), and global regulatory compliance, is an advantage.
  • Experience integrating Oracle Cloud PLM with enterprise applications such as JD Edwards (JDE), SAP ERP, Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, Hybris, and other downstream systems.

  • Hands-on experience delivering PLM solutions within the life sciences industry.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, performing solution analysis, and participating in solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Familiarity with software build and deployment processes, version control systems, and release management practices.
  • Experience supporting, monitoring, and troubleshooting production and non-production environments to ensure system stability and performance.
  • Ability to promote support best practices, drive continuous improvement, and enable support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders.
