The Team:

As a team, we are working to define and solve the hardest problems in AI including computer vision, speech, and natural language, geared towards real-time capabilities on small to medium form factor devices. We originated out of multiple years of research, as such at our core we value learning, intellectual curiosity, and self-starters. We have the ambitious goal of enabling cloud-level performance with significantly better energy-efficiency for AI inference at the edge. 

Your Role and Responsibilities:

In this role you will mainly be responsible for setting up and maintaining our computer server infrastructure and networks.

We expect you to set up and maintain our servers, company computers and network. This includes Linux servers, Virtualized infrastructure, enterprise level switching hardware, Windows Active directory user management, network file storage, and back up solutions. You will also be the first point of contact for  providing end user IT support.
As we are growing you will also need experience in providing recommendations of solutions both software and hardware based.
Security and credential management is a very important task you will handle and need to take great care in considering when performing all your duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT administration experience
• Solid Linux knowledge, including the command line 
• Familiarity with MS AD user management in a Linux environment
• Knowledge of ESXi-based virtualization and clusters
• Knowledge of routing and switching (ie: CCNA or CCNP:RS)
• Network Storage knowledge ( ie: SAN, NFS, SMB, iSCSI)
• Familiarity with File Storage servers and their requirements in a HPC environment
• Backup and disaster recovery solutions
• HPC infrastructure setup and maintenance experience
• VPN setup and management experience
• Familiarity with securely handling user credentials and login information
• Experience providing internal end-user support in general IT issues
• Knowledge of Docker, including networking, YAML configuration, and container management 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux ( RHCSA)
• Experience providing specifications of servers for specific tasks and requirements 
• Able to provide recommendations of hardware and software based on needs that arise
• Internal DNS, DHCP, IP, and route management
• Firewall and WAN management (CCNA)
• Good Knowledge of pfSense FW configuration ( VPN, PPPoe, FW rules, traffic shaping)
• Automatic failover management for internal services( Pacemaker, Heartbeat, MS Failover Cluster, etc)
• Managing and planning of Multi-site networking and S2S VPN services 
• Keeping up-to-date documentation of server and network infrastructure
• Able to rack/stack and set up a server from scratch, including networking and documentation
• Linux dependency/package management ( manual package and update installation)
• Experience with FPGA, ASIC, and GPU hardware installations
• Experience with EDA tools/servers license management
• Knowledge of devops applications(Jenkins, Git)
• Nexus artifact storage
