This is an onsite position in Arlington, VA.
Salary: $85k per year
The contractor will be responsible for providing system administration functions for the DEA, which includes but are not limited to the following:
- Coordinate amongst sections within and outside of FS to document system/automation requirements and needs.
- Prepare written training guides for systems developed and record video tutorials/demonstrations as needed
- Assist Section Chief with IT and system related goals, such as analyzing current business processes and identifying possible areas of automation.
- Take system requirements to developer and assist with formulating system looks, design, and workflows.
- Perform system testing, to include documentation of testing scrips, pass/fail, and working directly with developer or areas of need identified in testing.
- Perform regression testing, same steps as above.
- May require travel to review system functions for other offices or outside agencies to develop and design internal systems with similar functionality but to meet FS business related needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including PowerApps, Lists, PowerAutomate, Forms, and SharePoint 365.
