Job Overview: Available Immediately
Introduction
This is a DEVOPS focused position. Assist with maintenance of existing legacy applications and support the transition to a new system architecture. Location is the Reston area. Location is Reston area
Required skills and demonstrated experience:
- Demonstrated 5+ yrs of DevOps experience
- Demonstrated 3+ years of Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) experience
- Demonstrated 3+ years of Kubernetes and Docker experience
- Demonstrated experience in supporting cloud agnostic environments
- Demonstrated experience in integrating automatic test tools into the CI/CD pipeline
- Demonstrated experience with Linux Operating Systems
- Experience developing, implementing and maintaining complex functions and scripts in support of cloud services
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Proficiency with Git
Highly desired, though not required, include:
- Experience with building security hardened images
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools e.g.Terraform

US Citizenship:

Security Clearance:
- The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Security Clearance with a Full Scope Polygraph.
- Clearance Verification: This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
Travel:
- This position is expected to be onsite. The position will be located within the Washington Metropolitan Area (WMA). Local travel/POV will be on an as needed basis, within the local place of performance.
