The Role
CYE is looking for a System Administrator for our IT team to share the responsibilities for the company’s IT infrastructure and user management. We are looking for a competent System Administrator who is passionate about IT and security in various tech environments. In this position, you will help the IT manager with all the daily and ongoing tasks, from servers to helpdesk. This involves maintaining and improving the company infrastructure, network, and security, and ensuring the proper function of IT.
Responsibilities
- Maintenance and operation tasks of company IT infrastructure (cloud and hybrid on-prem)
- Manage organizational identities including user accounts, service accounts, etc.
- Network management including firewall and switches management
- Microsoft 365 Administration: O365 Applications, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange
- Manage organizational software licenses, and subscriptions
- Manage IT equipment, stock, and purchasing
- Users' environment management: badge permissions, network permissions (share folders on a server)
- Support and troubleshoot end-user’s computer software and hardware issues
- Operate service desk ticketing system
- Maintain and manage IT assets inventory and licenses
- Manage data backups. Ensure company data security, availability, and integrity
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of work experience in a support role tier 2, 3, or as a system administrator
- Knowledge and experience in Windows 11, Windows Servers 2016, 2019, 2022 and MacOS
- Experience with on-premises server hardware, OS, and virtualization technologies (VMWare)
- Experience with managing Microsoft Entra-ID and Microsoft AD
- Experience with MDM solutions such as Intune, Kandji, Mosyle or Jamf
- Experience network troubleshooting, management L2 switches & segmentation including Wi-Fi APs
- Experience managing firewall rules and policies, VPN remote access, and maintaining upgrades
- Experience familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam and Acronis
- Experience with Microsoft Azure & Intune, including cloud applications, SSO & certificate management, Devices and Windows Update management via Intune & Apps deployment - a significant advantage!
- Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Python - advantage!
- Experience in deploying and managing SD-WAN- advantage!
- Previous experience in Cyber company - advantage!
- Well-organized with excellent communication skills
- A self-starter and a fast learner with a ton of curiosity and the ability to work independently and within a team
