About the Role
Personified is hiring a full-time System Administrator to assist in the day-to-day operation of both our internal team and external clients. The ideal candidate should have a passion for new technology and a general knowledge of many different areas of IT, including an in-depth knowledge of building and maintaining medium and large corporate networks. The System Administrator is responsible for selective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure hardware and software.
This includes a working knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, DNS records, EDR, MDM and RMM platforms, cloud computing platforms, email administration, and SSO platforms.
This position reports to the Senior Director of Engineering.
Responsibilities
● Quickly and efficiently solving complex systems administration requests from clients, as they arise
● Researching and developing the infrastructure and policies within the company
● Documenting departmental procedures.
● Ensuring that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.
● Proactively monitoring client platforms and taking corrective actions should any issues arise
● Assisting other teams with client technical issues
● Research & development within client project life-cycles; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing and rolling-out the solutions
● Travel as needed for onsite client work (15% travel)
Qualifications
Experience/Traits necessary to succeed in this role at Personified:
● Windows and MacOS administration, Linux knowledge a plus
● Addigy, Ninja, Meraki, InTune and Kandji MDM administration (among others)
● Google, Amazon and MS365 cloud administration
● Huntress, Crowdstrike and a general knowledge of EDR management
● Cloudflare experience, DNS and name server familiarity
● Knowledge of Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti network administration
● Experience with email migrations, cloud storage migrations, Azure account migrations
● Residence in DMV area strongly preferred
Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate strong knowledge of MacOS, Google Workspace, Meraki, Addigy and Crowdstrike platforms.

● Salary range $80-110K based on experience and qualifications
