Job Description
We are seeking a System Administrator to join our Mission Support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine system administration tasks and logging data in system admin logs
- Maintain system efficiency
- Troubleshoot a wide variety of systems and networks including high volume or high availability systems
- Troubleshoot issues or problems using knowledge of debugging protocols and processes
- Implement corrective actions quickly to problems and issues identified by customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
- Experience with a number of debugging protocols and processes
- Experience in troubleshooting a wide variety of systems with high volume/high availability
Preferred Qualifications
- Obtain and maintain a VA Public Trust (Moderate Risk) clearance
