  • Maintain accurate device inventory and manage the endpoint lifecycle from provisioning through decommissioning.

  • Support security baselines and policy enforcement, and help collect evidence for internal reviews and audits.

Mobile Device, SIM & Cellular Management

  • Administer the mobile device management platform for company-owned and approved mobile devices, enforcing security and compliance policies.

  • Manage SIM provisioning, cellular plans, carrier accounts, and device assignments.

  • Monitor usage and costs and recommend opportunities to improve efficiency.

  • Coordinate device ordering, activation, replacement, lost or stolen device response, and remote wipe procedures.

Collaboration & Business Platform Administration

  • Administer 8x8 telephony and communications, including users, extensions, call routing, queues, and licensing.

  • Troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues.

  • Administer Claude for the organization, including user provisioning, access, configuration, and adherence to organizational AI usage and data handling policies.

  • Administer Timeero, including user setup, permissions, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Provide application support for platforms containing protected health information, including CallMyDoc, in accordance with organizational policies.

  • Partner with department leaders to understand business needs, document configurations, and keep platform settings aligned with policy.

  • Coordinate with our MSP and vendors on system issues, maintenance, and troubleshooting that require additional support.

Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID, including user access, multifactor authentication, and access policies.

  • Experience managing endpoints through Microsoft Intune or a comparable endpoint management platform.

  • Experience supporting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, including enrollment, configuration, application deployment, and troubleshooting.

  • Experience configuring and supporting business applications, user permissions, and communications platforms.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with vendors or service providers, and communicate clearly with users of varying technical backgrounds.

  • Ability to manage access and devices securely and follow organizational requirements for sensitive information.

  • Strong organization and documentation skills, with a responsive, service-oriented approach to supporting employees.
