Provide high-touch administrative and operational support to three Nashville executives: manage complex calendars and travel, prepare presentations and meeting materials, track action items, handle confidential correspondence, support office operations and events, and maintain organization across competing priorities to maximize executive effectiveness.

Lead enterprise people and organizational development strategy, building leadership, manager and clinical training programs. Diagnose performance gaps using Human Performance Improvement, design and deliver interventions, own performance-management lifecycle, drive employee engagement and change management, and evaluate learning and AI-enabled technologies to connect development investments to operational outcomes.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for clinical, operational, and corporate roles: source candidates, conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, maintain ATS records and metrics, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience.

Lead enterprise data strategy and roadmap; design and operate cloud-based data platforms, warehouses, pipelines, and governance; partner with execs for clinical, operational, and financial insights; build and mentor data engineering and analytics teams; evaluate emerging technologies to scale healthcare analytics.
