Job Description:

Assist with base mobilization exercises, ensuring NIPR/SIPR systems, user accounts, workstation images, and application services remain stable and mission‑ready for 1A BDEs.
Manage account provisioning, patching, STIG implementation, printer/PKI/mobile device support, and Tier 2/3 troubleshooting across exercise environments.
Maintain accurate configuration documentation, delivers timely and precise reporting, and ensures all personnel operate within SAIC guidelines.
Collaborate closely with leadership to surface issues early, support modernization of enterprise services, and help sustain a reliable technical foundation for MCIS and mission command operations.

Qualifications

Required Education:

BS degree and two (2) years of hands-on experience; four (4) years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Required Skills:

Solid hands-on experience with VMware and/or other enterprise virtualization technologies.
Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy.
Working knowledge of networking protocols, system security best practices, and IT infrastructure management.
Proficient in Windows Server administration, patching, and update management.
Familiarity with enterprise collaboration and project management tools.
Understanding of DoD compliance frameworks, STIGs, and security hardening standards.

Required Certification:

CompTIA Security+ CE

Required Clearance:

Active Secret security clearance.
