ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our internal IT team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months.. You'll step into an established, well-documented role and keep day-to-day IT operations running smoothly: employee support, hardware deployment and troubleshooting, system and user administration, and coordination with our external helpdesk MSP. This role is in-person and based out of our office in Leon, Spain.
This is an independent, hands-on role with tasks across the IT spectrum for our employees in Europe. You'll work closely with our US-based global IT team during afternoon and evening hours.
This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running in a modern SaaS environment, communicates well, and knows when to solve something themselves versus when to route it to the right team.

- Manage hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle for company-issued devices, including MDM administration.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including accounts, access, and equipment.
- Triage incoming support cases and route them to our external helpdesk MSP when appropriate, tracking escalations through to resolution.
- Perform system and user administration across our core SaaS stack: Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Notion, and related tools.
- Administer IAM workflows, including account provisioning/deprovisioning, access requests, and access reviews.
- Support AI tool administration and help enable AI adoption across the company.
- Collaborate with the internal IT team to keep ongoing projects and initiatives moving forward during the coverage period.
REQUERIMENTS
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or systems administration roles at technology companies.
- Strong administrative knowledge of modern SaaS workplace tools: Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, Zoom, Teams, Notion, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management / MDM tools and hardware deployment.
- Experience with IAM administration, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
- Working knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Experience coordinating with external vendors or MSPs is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows is a plus.
- Able to ramp up quickly and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English, ideally with experience working with US-based teams.
- Based in León. On site.
BENEFITS
- 6-month fixed-term employment contract
- Competitive annual salary.
- Private health insurance and a flexible benefits plan, allowing you to tailor part of your compensation package to your personal needs.
- Flexible working hours.
