Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- Perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex system issues
- Manage day-to-day configuration and operation of IT systems
- Provide Tier 2 (Escalation) support and resolve complex technical issues
- Support IT systems including operations, monitoring, and problem resolution across client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices
- Communicate status and provide detailed analysis of issues to management and stakeholders
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization
- Perform system capacity analysis and planning
- Configure and manage Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems
- Maintain system integrity through patching, updates, and configuration management
- Support system integration and ensure operational readiness
- Analyze and resolve complex problems related to hardware, applications, and system integration
- Support system design, architecture, and infrastructure improvements
- Maintain documentation and follow established processes and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience administering and supporting IT systems in a system administrator role
- Advanced knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems
- Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Experience managing system performance, capacity, and reliability
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components including servers, storage, and networking
- Ability to support and resolve escalated technical issues independently
- Understanding of system integration and operational environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Fifteen (15) years of System Administrator experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Five (5) additional years of System Administrator experience may be substituted for a degree
Certifications:
- DoD 8570.01-M compliant with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II
Clearance Requirement:
- Must possess an active TS SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university (or substitution by additional experience)
- Fifteen (15) years of System Administrator experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity (or substitution rules as stated)
- DoD 8570.01-M compliant Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification
