Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems
- Monitor system performance and perform in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support, with ownership of escalated issues
- Support day-to-day operations of client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and manage Linux/UNIX and Windows operating systems
- Maintain system integrity through patching, updates, and configuration management
- Optimize system performance and resource utilization
- Perform system capacity analysis and planning
- Provide detailed analysis and feedback on escalated technical issues
- Support dispatch systems and hardware troubleshooting as needed
- Maintain and update system documentation and procedures
- Communicate status and issues to management and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience supporting and administering IT systems in a system administrator role
- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX and/or Windows operating systems
- Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage)
- Ability to manage and resolve escalated support issues
- Understanding of system performance monitoring and optimization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
- Ten (10) years of System Administrator experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Five (5) additional years of System Administrator experience may be substituted for a degree
Certifications:
- DoD 8570.01-M compliant with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II
Clearance Requirement:
- Must possess an active TS SCI with appropriate Polygraph to be considered for this role

Skills Required
- Ten (10) years of System Administrator experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (or substitution of five additional years of System Administrator experience in lieu of degree)
- DoD 8570.01-M compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II
- Active Top Secret/SCI with appropriate Polygraph
- Experience supporting and administering IT systems (system administrator role)
- Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX and/or Windows operating systems
- Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex technical issues
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure components: servers, networks, and storage systems
- Ability to manage and resolve escalated support issues (Tier 1 and Tier 2 ownership)
