Responsibilities
- Perform system and application updates
- Manage tickets and prioritize tasks
- Provide user support by resolving issues
- Procure equipment and conduct audits to ensure compliance
Requirements
- At least 1,5-2 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role
- Proficiency in MacOS, Linux, or Windows operating systems
- Familiarity with Mattermost, Slack, or other communication tools
- Experience with backup systems and network diagnostic programs
- Knowledge of antivirus software and mail software
- Understanding of network security concepts
- Experience in configuring firewalls and setting up VPNs
- Familiarity with intrusion detection systems
- Conversational level of the Ukrainian language
- Intermediate English proficiency (B1) in speaking and writing
Will be a plus
- A degree in a related field or completion of relevant system administration courses will be considered a plus
