The Opportunity:
CACI has an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team as a System Administrator in the Fort Meade, MD area!
In this role, you will get the opportunity to provide support and maintain government IT systems that help support national defense operations.
Responsibilities:

Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems

Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems

Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems

Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems

Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
-
Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers

Optimize system operations and resource utilization, and perform system capacity analysis and planning
Qualifications:
-
TS/SCI w/POLY
-
Five (5) or more years’ experience as a System Administrator in programs or contracts of similar scope
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical discipline from an accredited college. (Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.)

Experience with DOD/IC technical systems is preferred
This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,300
