JOB PURPOSE:
Come join McCain as we embark on a journey to streamline our global Workforce Management processes through technology. In the Workforce Management Functional Engineer role you will be part of a growing Workforce Management team, responsible for delivering solutions around our core system of record. This role will thrive by collaborating with our Product Owner and other internal IT departments such as the integration center of excellence, security, and enterprise data governance. You'll be known as someone who can get things done by using your knowledge of the UKG WFM Pro Platform to guide the business towards solutions and implement effective changes to strengthen value realization. Reporting to the Director of Workforce Management your responsibilities will include the following:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide a consistent service to configure and optimize our UKG WFM Pro platform.
  • Regular engagements with key Dimensions users within the McCain Markets to triage issues, clarify requirements and support their working knowledge of Dimensions.
  • Act as a critical subject matter experts related to core workforce management processes, supporting integration, security and reporting teams as needed with configuration and solutioning.
  • Ownership of platform configuration (including User maintenance, roles, profiles and permissions, routine user audits and system health checks) to ensure high performance, data integrity and high value to users.
  • Strategize with our internal Product Owner(s) to analyze and execute design changes to best enable business needs keeping our global design in tact.
  • Collaborate with the HR Shared Services, Manufacturing, extended Technology teams to rollout and sustain value of solutions, maintaining costs and ensuring modules are being utilized.
  • Manage release upgrades of the Dimensions solution to analyze universal and opt in changes to the Platform, implementing as required.
  • Manage test planning, execution of test cycles and partner with business process owners to achieve user acceptance testing sign off.
  • Own documentation design configuration workbooks and manage knowledge transfer of changes to applicable support teams in collaboration with product owner.
  • Proactively partner with the McCain business function leads to identify opportunities to leverage Dimensions to simplify processes or enhance business outcomes


KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:
What You Need:

  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing UKG WFM Pro solution.
  • At least 2 end to end UKG WFM Pro implementations or 3+ years supporting this module as part of a support team.
  • Experience working with timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, activities, leave and other modules in the UKG WFM suite.
  • Experience working in a mobile friendly user experience.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management business processes
  • Experience with influencing and partnering with IT teams such as Solution Architects, Product Owners, Security Teams, Developers, and Integrators.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in a Global business is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of data governance principles.
  • Travel as required to support delivery.
  • Applicant must be located within a commuting distance from a McCain office with working from home an option upon agreement with manager and McCain policies.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Certification/experience with UKG and SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, ECC)
  • Experience with Kronos iSeries and integration from SuccessFactors to UKG WFM Pro
