We are looking for a talented software team leader to manage a team of experience and skilled embedded software engineers.

The scope includes development of stack, protocols and embedded applications for the next generation PON OLT SoC based on Hypervisor technology  

Candidate should demonstrate personal skills and experience to support leading development projects independently with tendency to deep technology understanding and innovation.  In this position expecting to evolve development processes to ensure high software quality and reliable schedules

You’ll have the opportunity to become a key member of our R&D team and lead complex, large scale development projects in innovative networking broadband products.

As part of the team you will make an impact on our PON OLT products and functionality by driving changes as we continue to push the technology forward.

Your Experience & Skills

• Minimum education degree of BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience - Must
• 8+ overall years of software development and overall relevant experience
• Proven experience with at least 4 years of managing software engineering teams of 5 or more members
• Strong background in Real time Embedded Software development – Must
• Experience with Hypervisor and OS kernel and user space or device driver development for ARM CPUs and SoC
• Creative and analytical problem solving skills, including researching unfamiliar code bases
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming
• Networking background, knowledge and experience - an advantage
