Job Description

Dispatched Office Job for SW Team Support

Job Description

As a member of the SW Team Support, you’ll play a role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software development team. Specific tasks and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

Uploading Files into OEM Servers:

  • Upload software package files, reports, and raw data to our OEM servers.
  • Provide related descriptions for the files being uploaded.
  • Note that you’ll receive training on the tools required for this task.

Purchasing Support:

  • Assist with purchasing goods or services necessary for software development.
  • Create shopping carts in SAP to streamline procurement processes.

Equipment and License Management Support:

  • Manage and maintain equipment to ensure it remains in good condition.
  • Maintain locally purchased SW licenses.
  • Handle development samples and test materials orderly.

Support for Sending/Receiving Packets:

  • Facilitate the exchange of packets with domestic and overseas partners.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • English Communication Skills: Effective communication in English is essential for collaborating with global teams and partners.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary for documentation and reporting.
  • Office Job Certifications: Any relevant certifications related to office administration or support are preferred.
