Responsibilities: • Apply professional concepts and company processes to solve routine issues with limited scope and complexity.
• Conduct unit and integration testing of software configurations.
• Complete technical documentation and internal specifications for installation and maintenance.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, adhering to software development best practices.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering and Support teams to resolve software issues.
• Provide input on program schedules and project deadline estimates.
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Assist in troubleshooting and testing for manufacturing.
• Resolve programming issues and manage escalated technical support calls.
• Suggest and contribute to general process improvements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing with a focus on APIs, BDD, and tools such as SpecFlow, Cucumber.
• 5+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming (C#).
• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript/TypeScript with Playwright Test Framework.
• 3+ years of experience using performance testing tools like JMeter or K6.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\
Additional Skills: • Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with test management tools like PractiTest.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Web services integration using REST and SOAP in .NET.
• Experience with public cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Familiarity with designing systems with non-functional requirements (NFRs) like performance, responsiveness, and availability.
• Strong experience with TDD, BDD, or xUnit test patterns.
