Texas Instruments is seeking a SW Engineering Manager for RTOS Networking team. In this role, you will direct the activities of a software systems development function, software applications development function, and a software quality assurance function for software enhancements and new products.
You will work with key stakeholders in roadmap definition, planning, tracking and delivery of Networking software used across multiple product lines.
QualificationsMinimum requirements:
- Minimum education (ie bachelor's degree in electrical or computer science engineering)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Have Device driver development experience.
- Work experience in Real time Operating environment
- Working experience with networking drivers, network Stack, applications and Time sensitive networking
Proven ability with CI/CD workflow, build tools, debugger environment.

- Technical;
- Proven skills in device driver development, working in Real time Operating environment
