Job DescriptionDevelop and implement new features according to specified requirements.
Design, construct, configure, and document technical components, including enhancements, modifications, and corrections, to deliver business functionality across various technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve production and operational issues as they arise.
Provide technical expertise in coding and configuring application components, coordinating activities across different domains, and integrating technology when necessary.
Collaborate with Product stakeholders to understand objectives, propose solutions, and deliver technical products that achieve business results.
Lead design and code review sessions to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Conduct prototyping sessions with business and IT resources to clarify requirements and validate solutions.
Plan and execute tasks with a focus on balancing risks and value, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
Communicate effectively with IT stakeholders, clearly articulating ideas and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for improvements in standards and processes to support continuous improvement.
Work independently in a complex environment to deliver solutions and meet service level agreements.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their potential adoption within the organization.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualification
-Bachelor's degree, OR 0.6 - 2 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualification
-Bachelor's degree, OR 0.6 - 2 years of relevant work experience
-Strong academic or professional background in full stack software development.
-0-2 years of experience in software development with an undergraduate or
graduate degree in Computer Science
