Job Overview:

The SVP, Revenue Strategy will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of strategies that drive revenue growth across all Tubi Sales. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and various departments to ensure that revenue goals align with the company’s overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, experience in building and scaling revenue models, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that can drive new revenue streams or expand existing ones. Work with internal and external stakeholders to explore new business models
  • Work with product teams to influence product roadmaps based on revenue-generating opportunities and customer insights
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to further align go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition initiatives, and customer retention programs
  • Partner with the CRO to build and motivate a cohesive high-performing executive team providing support and the framework for accountability and transparency of all groups
  • Develop, plan and implement revenue strategies across all Tubi Sales business lines, including direct & partner sales and product development to achieve company-wide revenue goals
  • Commission and interpret in-depth market research to identify and plan for new opportunities for revenue growth, understanding market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer preferences
  • Collaborate with Direct and Partner Sales leaders to continuously refine pricing models to optimize revenue, ensuring competitive pricing while maximizing profitability
  • Support building a best-in-class forecasting model with strategic insights coupled with historical data, market trends and internal sales pipelines
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with Finance and Operations to track the success of revenue strategies

Key Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience in revenue management, strategy, business development, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a similar leadership role
  • Proven ability to create and execute successful revenue strategies, including identifying new opportinities for growth
  • Strong understanding of revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and pricing strategies
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Deep understanding of the media industry, including audience trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and work collaboratively across departments

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

New York City and Westchester County, NY Compensation

Base ($330,000 to $400,000/year) + Bonus + Benefits
