As the SVP, Investor Reporting and Transfers, you'll oversee all investor reporting and servicing transfer activities as well as lead the company’s servicing activities related to its non agency loan offerings and non-agency investors. You'll ensure seamless servicing transfer's, accurate/timely investor reporting, operational readiness, compliance, and best in class execution. You'll serve as a key subject matter expert on non agency servicing and act as a strategic partner to capital markets, compliance, finance and accounting. You'll manage a team that monitors and guides the activities of the subservicers.- Lead and mentor a team of servicing professionals, ensuring strong controls, documentation, and issue resolution throughout the service release lifecycle, from population validation through final cash reconciliations.
- Serve as the primary servicing operations liaison for MSR sale transactions with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.
- Direct responsibility for accurate, timely investor reporting and remittance for investors, including whole loan investors and private label securitization structures.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting packages, ensuring data integrity and compliance with contractual standards. Serve as escalation point for investor inquiries, reconciliations, audits, and servicing performance reviews.
- Provide servicing expertise for non-Agency (including PLS) transactions, including deal onboarding, PSA interpretation, and ongoing servicing compliance.
- Partner with Capital Markets, Legal, and Finance teams on new securitization issuances and servicing strategy.
- Ensure alignment with investor requirements, pooling and servicing agreements (PSAs), and deal specific servicing provisions.
- Manage relationships with non agency investors, trustees, custodians, and third party administrators, including approvals for Default Servicing activities.
- Oversee post closing servicing requirements, including trustee reporting, advance management, and covenant compliance.
- Support onboarding of new deals and ensure readiness for securitization specific servicing obligations.
- Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training and development.
What you'll need:
- 10+ years of related experience in residential mortgage servicing, Investor reporting, non-agency servicing or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Previous leadership experience required.
- Advanced to expert knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including; sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
- Advanced to expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
- Advanced to expert experience with private label securitization (PLS) structures, PSAs, and investor reporting/remittance, as well as servicing transfer's related to MSR Sales.
- Advanced experience interacting with non-agency investors, trustees, and third-party service providers.
- Expert speaking and writing communication skills.
- Occasional travel required.
