Job Description
• Drive the development and implementation of comprehensive investment business strategies aligned with the bank's long-term goals.
• Identify emerging market trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of investment policy statements, guidelines, and procedures.
• Establish clear accountabilities and performance metrics for investment business units.
• Collaborate with senior executives across the organization to ensure seamless integration of investment strategies with broader business objectives.
• Develop and implement frameworks for measuring investment performance and risk exposures.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulators, and industry peers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, or corporate finance, with at least five years in executive roles.
• Proven ability to create and execute successful investment strategies in dynamic environments.
• Deep understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in Thai and English languages is required.
