Responsibilities: Deliver innovative software solutions that simplify alternatives investments for financial advisors and investors. Responsible for all aspects of the product development lifecycle. Build software solutions for the alternative investment industry that represent the needs of our clients and users. Maintain a roadmap and backlog for software product(s), collaborating across the organization to understand priorities and manage work product, and work closely with Design and Engineering teams to design, build, and launch new financial software features and products. Execute on customer discovery, prototypes, mockups, PRD’s, specifications, etc. Lead the integration of AI Insight, a training and education platform, into iCapital’s core product. Enhance the iCapital core product to include best-in-class Learning Management System functionality through custom development or integrations. Create a learning experience that helps build both foundational and investment-specific knowledge for investment decision-makers. Work with the product team on integrated education solutions. Responsible for the launch and roll out of the integrated education solutions.
Salary: $202,000 to $230,000/year. This role will require the employee to work in office 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday with the ability to work remotely on Friday's.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field and seven years of experience in product management. Experience must include seven years each of the following: defining product strategy and vision based on interaction with Subject Matter Experts, product marketing, and leadership teams. Learning Management Systems (LMS); defining roadmap for AI/ML-based solutions; Agile tracking system such as VersionOne or Confluence; completion of sprints/releases within scope, budget, time, and quality parameters. Experience may be gained concurrently.
