Job Description:
As the SVP of Growth, YOU play a key leadership role in shaping how Amplifi Solutions grows revenue across our full product ecosystem. You lead with curiosity, clarity, and collaboration—helping clients understand the full value of our media, data, and technology solutions.
In this role, you guide strategy, strengthen partnerships, and inspire teams to deliver meaningful business impact for our clients.
What You’ll DoLead and Grow Revenue- Drive gross revenue growth across both new and existing Carat client relationships.
- Clearly communicate the business value of Amplifi Solutions to client teams and leadership.
- Define and lead sales development strategies across Carat and Amplifi Investment & Activation.
- Champion Amplifi Solutions as the partner that drives measurable media impact and cost efficiency.
- Build trust with client stakeholders by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Serve as a thought leader in modern media, data, and technology solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of growth and success professionals dedicated to Carat.
- Work closely with internal teams to design audience and media solutions aligned to client goals.
- Partner with Success and Activation teams to ensure seamless delivery and a strong client experience.
- 12+ years in media or advertising.
- Experience navigating agency structures and collaborating across functions.
- Deep understanding of media strategy, planning, buying, and measurement.
- Expertise in audience targeting, data‑driven marketing, and activation platforms (e.g., DSPs, ad servers).
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, client‑friendly solutions.
- Experience presenting to C‑Suite leaders and identifying growth opportunities.
- You follow through consistently and reliably.
- You build strong relationships through empathy and active listening.
- You thrive in environments with ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
- You balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $197,225 - $240,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Dentsu may designate other Hub offices at any time. Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. Regardless of your work location, we expect our employees to be flexible to meet the needs of our Company and clients, which may include attendance in an office.
