Build and operate the business at scale, ensuring repeatable processes, governance, and operating rhythms suited for a high-growth organization.
Translate strategy into execution through clear priorities, operating plans, and measurable outcomes across teams.Anticipate complexity that comes with scale—organizational, operational, regulatory, and market-driven—and proactively address it.
Own the end-to-end P&L for assigned business verticals, driving revenue growth, profitability, and long-term value creation.
Represent the business confidently with internal leadership, partners, and external stakeholders when required.
Work closely with global stakeholders and leadership teams across markets and brands, ensuring alignment on business priorities, consistent execution standards, and effective collaboration while balancing local market needs with global strategic objectives.
Partner with senior leadership to shape long-term business strategy, growth bets, and portfolio decisions.
Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and expansion opportunities aligned with market evolution and customer behavior.
Leverage market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer data to guide strategic trade-offs.
Act as a unifying force across Product, Marketing, Data, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Operations, aligning teams toward common business outcomes.
Influence without authority by building trust, clarity, and shared ownership with senior stakeholders.
Represent the business confidently with internal leadership, partners, and external stakeholders when required.

15+ years of experience in senior business leadership roles with clear P&L ownership, preferably in high-scale B2C internet, gaming, consumer tech, or digital platforms.
Proven experience in building, scaling, and operating large businesses with multiple stakeholders, internal/global and complex dependencies.
Strong business acumen with deep understanding of revenue models, unit economics, customer lifecycle, and growth levers.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with product-led and data-driven organizations.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams.
A people leader who combines clarity, empathy, and execution excellence, and knows how to bring teams together around a shared vision.
Passion for gaming or digital consumer businesses, with curiosity about player behavior and evolving markets.
