Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Manager MEA to join our team in Türkiye. As the Service Manager for the Middle East and Africa region, you will play a crucial role in driving service excellence, managing cross-cultural teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction across diverse markets.

  • Develop and implement strategic service plans for the MEA region, aligning with overall company objectives
  • Lead and mentor service teams across multiple countries, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Analyze service performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for enhancement and growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service processes and improve efficiency
  • Manage key client relationships and resolve escalated service issues promptly and effectively
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, adapting strategies to meet evolving market needs
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies across the MEA region
  • Travel to various locations within the Middle East and Africa as required to support service operations and client relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Service Management, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in service management, with a proven track record of improving service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrated experience working in or with Middle Eastern and African markets
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse, cross-cultural teams
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities
  • Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in performance management and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Outstanding cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Turkish; additional languages such as Arabic or French are highly beneficial
  • In-depth understanding of service industry trends and best practices in the MEA region
  • Knowledge of local business cultures and practices in Middle East and Africa
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the MEA region
