Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and integration of new systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding after-sales service product pricing, provide quotations, and deliver related business support.
- Support sales representatives in handling administrative tasks related to after-sales service sales operations.
- Organize, archive, and track departmental documents, ensuring timely responses to customer requests.
- Process shipping documents, orders, and related system transactions accurately.
- Maintain and update customer contact information.
- Execute additional tasks assigned by supervisors and provide back-office support for customer service operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high-quality service experience.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- ERP or CRM systems knowledge
