We are looking for a passionate Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, collaborating across functions, and continuously improving products throughout their lifecycle. What You'll DoAs a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting and improving our existing product portfolio while contributing to new engineering solutions that create value for both customers and the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing mechanical and electromechanical components and assemblies using 3D CAD tools (Creo preferred).
- Identifying opportunities to improve product performance, reliability, quality, and cost competitiveness.
- Developing innovative engineering solutions and validating designs through analysis, testing, and verification activities.
- Supporting manufacturing and quality teams in root cause investigations and implementation of corrective actions.
- Contributing to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) initiatives to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality, Operations, Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Sales.
- Assessing customer feedback and business requirements to drive meaningful product enhancements.
- Managing assigned projects and engineering activities to ensure delivery against timing, quality, and cost objectives.
- Participating in customer visits and technical discussions to better understand real-world applications and user needs.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement by challenging existing solutions and proposing better ways of working.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical product design and development.
- Proven experience using 3D CAD software (Creo preferred).
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
- Experience working in cross-functional engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Availability for occasional travel (up to 5%).

- Knowledge of Product Data Management (PDM) systems.
