Reporting to the Sustaining Engineering Manager, you as a Sustaining Engineer, will be responsible for maintain and enhance existing products, systems, or processes. The primary objective is to ensure the continued functionality, reliability, and improvement of products throughout their lifecycle.
About the job:
Responsibilities for creating/ Developing designs 20%
Use of DFSS and DFM skills for best practice on design develop
Follow up and support on new launch projects as
Attend phase review meetings from phase 1 to 5 on new launches.
Define commitment dates for product validation activities.
Engineering change management 40%
Develop preliminary drawings with the required change description.
Ensure the creation and delivery of marked-up drawings for changes.
Verify that markup formats contain all necessary information.
Conduct feasibility analysis meetings with operations and service departments.
If the change is approved, develop and track it until its release in the system Manage of product deviations on the internal system
Clarify technical application requirements for internal and external customers 20%
Related to raw materials.
Related to products (Design).

About you:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience.
English proficiency: At least 80% (written, reading, or conversational). Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, SPC, etc.)

Design software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Inventor)
