Pernod Ricard is looking for a Procurement Process & Supplier Risk Apprentice for 12 months from September 2026 to August 2027 You will be based at the Island, our office in central Paris (Saint Lazare Train Station, Paris 8).
Within the Sustainable Procurement team, you will contribute to the deployment of the Group’s Procurement Process and Sustainable Procurement roadmap while developing your expertise in responsible sourcing and procurement practices.
Your key missions:
- Support day-to-day Sustainable Procurement activities: contribute to supplier due diligence, participate in risk-based assessment campaigns (EcoVadis, Sedex),
- Animate the Sustainable Procurement community: support awareness and training initiatives across affiliates and support communication with stakeholders by answering operational questions.
- Support reporting exercice : help monitor and share key performance indicators (KPIs), track assessment and audit progress across regions
- Manage and improve Sustainable Procurement tools: ensure proper user management of tools (EcoVadis, Sedex), onboard and train new users, assist the community on tool usage, and contribute to the preparation of periodic activity reports.
- Contribute to Supplier Performance Management: support coordination with category teams, participate in the animation of the Supplier Performance Process, and ensure alignment with Sustainable Procurement requirements.
- Support procurement excellence and process improvement: contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes and ways of working, help develop and update toolkits and guidelines, and support the rollout of training initiatives to the procurement community.
