CSCS TXKey Responsibilities:
1. Fleet Transition Planning
a. Assess and enhance Caliber’s current fleet transition plan for California, in alignment with regulatory requirements.
b. Collaborate with our fleet management partner (Enterprise) to develop a detailed, year-by-year transition roadmap with clear targets.
2. GHG Emissions Reduction Initiatives
a. Partner with our energy utilization management company (Crete/ProStar) to evaluate ongoing HVAC and thermostat efficiency projects.
b. Analyze preliminary data from a T-Stat “set point” pilot in Tucson and help develop a scalable rollout plan across applicable facilities.
3. Supplier Engagement and GHG Reporting Accuracy
a. Work with Caliber’s supply chain and ESG teams to onboard key suppliers into the Persefoni carbon accounting platform.
b. Support transition from spend-based to activity-based emissions reporting and assess the impact on overall GHG inventory accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, business, or a related field is generally required.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Experience with carbon accounting platforms (Persefoni experience preferred)
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
5. Strong analytical and data management skills
6. Project management experience or aptitude
7. Knowledge of California environmental regulations is a plus
8. Must be authorized to work in the United States
