We are seeking an experienced and solutions-focused Sustainability Services Manager to lead sustainability and environmental performance initiatives across a high-profile portfolio.Job Description
ResponsibilitiesLead sustainability initiatives across operations, asset planning and project delivery.
Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics including energy, water, waste and emissions.
Drive sustainability improvement programs and operational efficiencies.
Work closely with Asset Management, Facilities Management, Projects and Portfolio Operations teams to embed sustainable practices.
Support sustainability outcomes across capital works and operational activities.

Provide practical sustainability advice, stakeholder engagement and performance insights.
Experience delivering sustainability or environmental management services within property, facilities or precinct environments.
Strong understanding of sustainability reporting, environmental performance metrics and governance frameworks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across operational and project teams.
Tertiary qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
