Team mission- Our Group Reporting team is dedicated to delivering high-quality information to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making. As the Sustainability Reporting Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our strategic vision for excellence in Group Reporting and ensuring compliance.
- Lead the preparation, review, and submission of non-financial and sustainability reports, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks for the GetYourGuide Group.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and analyze data.
- Deliver training sessions for cross-functional and multi-level stakeholders on regulatory standards, data collection, and process requirements.
- Develop and maintain sustainability reporting controls and documentation.
- Advise leadership on regulatory changes and best practices in non-financial reporting.
- Coordinate and manage the use of the Sustainability Program.
- Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in Sustainability Reporting (CSRD,GRI,TCFD), preferably in a technology or travel industry context.
- Experience with reporting solutions such as Workiva is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and training skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management capability.
- Able to work independently, prioritize, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
