As Sustainability Reporting Manager you will support Nexperia’s journey to drive positive change.

  • Management of sustainability reporting projects and coordination of departments that contribute to ESG reporting
  • Creation, implementation and further development of CSRD compliant information in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Copywriting of sustainability reports and coordination of external partners
  • Quantitative and quantitative ESG data collection and management in Workiva
  • Initiate and steer sustainability key initiatives and creation of programs, policies and guidelines (procedures, manuals, work instructions)
  • Being a sparring partner for supporting functions regarding sustainability reporting
  • Support the audit team to ensure limited assurance of the Sustainability Statement
  • Support ESG Report according to the GRI standard, ratings and other ESG projects
  • Assessment of relevant legislation and implementation in reporting
  • Cooperation with all Nexperia Sites (global network), external consultants and other relevant external stakeholders (e.g. customer, investors)
  • Regular reporting to the responsible management

  • Master’s degree in the field of sustainability, compliance, environmental protection, or business administration, ideally with a connection to sustainability
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, depending on educational credentials
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and reporting standards (e.g., ESRS, GRI, IFRS Sustainability Disclosure Standards)
  • Expertise in project management and experience in  sustainability reporting (GRI, CSRD and other), preferably from the semiconductor, automotive or other industry
  • Experience with data management and reporting software (e.g. Workiva)
  • Targeted, independent, and structured way of working with high standards of quality and strong collaborative mindset
  • Experience with change/transformation management and integrating various stakeholders and external partners is a plus
  • Empathy, strong persuasion and communication expertise, coupled with intercultural and networking skills
  • Experience in responding to diverse customer requests and sustainability ratings and reporting, best paired with enjoyment of writing
  • Proficient in English; German and/or Chinese are an advantage
  • International experience is an advantage
