Job Description
We are seeking for a passionate Sustainability Partner to join our Corporate Sustainability team. If you excel in strategic sustainability management, thrive in communicating across diverse topics, and are enthusiastic about helping our Group companies embed sustainability into their operations, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!
You will primarily be responsible for the sustainability efforts of Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius (ESO), Ignitis Gamyba, and our cogeneration power plants. If this speaks to you, we’d be delighted to have you on board!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Ensuring strategic and effective sustainability management within the assigned companies of the Group
- Contributing to the development of the Group's sustainability policies by integrating relevant aspects specific to your coordinated companies
- Supporting companies in setting sustainability targets, planning key ESG metrics, identifying and managing sustainability-related risks, and collecting ESG data
- Ensuring effective engagement of companies’ representatives into the Group sustainability projects and vice versa, facilitating the alignment of company priorities with Group-level initiatives
- Providing advice to companies’ managers and employees on implementing sustainability-related changes, organizing expert support, and delivering training on sustainability topics
- Contributing to high-quality sustainability and ESG disclosures of the Group and its companies
Qualifications
- Educational degree corresponding to the nature of this position
- At least 3 years of experience of working in sustainability (e.g., managing sustainability within an organization, project/process management, etc.)
- Broad knowledge of sustainability issues and the ability to process information quickly
- Strong familiarity with relevant sustainability frameworks, standards, and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Lithuanian and in English, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization and external partners
- Negotiation skills
- A keen eye for detail, constantly striving to improve your activities by seeking opportunities for digitization and automation
