We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Sustainability Expert- Sales Phase to join our global Sales Airports team. This role is critical to ensuring timely, high-quality responses to the growing volume of sustainability-related requests across global sales projects. The successful candidate will act as the “Sustainability Thermometer” within Sales Airports, driving consistent messaging, proactive engagement, and strategic improvements in our sustainability communications.
Key Responsibilities:Support Sales Teams Globally
Respond to sustainability-related customer queries and tender documentation with tailored, high-quality input.Gap Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Analyze recurring sustainability questions, identify gaps in current responses, and lead initiatives to improve our messaging and approach.Quarterly Reporting
Create and maintain quarterly reports on sustainability-related requests received from global sales teams.Sales Material Development
Produce compelling and informative sales materials focused on sustainability topics.Life Cycle Assessment Tool Support
Contribute to the development and rollout of the Life Cycle Assessment tool, including emissions calculations for projects.Training & Enablement
Train sales engineers worldwide to effectively address sustainability inquiries and integrate sustainability into their sales approach.Market Insight & Strategic Positioning
Maintain a global understanding of market needs and trends in sustainability, ensuring our positioning remains competitive and aligned with customer expectations.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales with a strong focus on sustainability.
- Familiarity with Life Cycle Assessment methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
