What you´ll do:
- The coordination and development of EMEA-wide ESG reporting process against on new transparency requirements for companies (e.g. CSRD, CSDDD, …)
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance with ESG reporting standards and other stakeholder requirements (e.g., customers)
- Supporting and contributing to improvements of ESG data, policies, and targets in EMEA and globally.
- Implementing and realizing new ESG Initiatives in EMEA (e.g. on the reduction of GHG emissions, pollution, circularity & human rights in the value chain)
- Screening, implementing, and managing new ESG requirements in the EMEA region (i.e., EU Green Deal legislations)
- Collaborating closely with other corporate departments (e.g. Finance, HR, Legal, IT) and global ESG stakeholder
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, economics, IT or similar with a focus on sustainability
- Professional Experience: 2+ years’ experience in field of sustainability and ESG management, i.e., in sustainability reporting, worked as a consultant, expert or a related role
- Technical Competencies: you have a strong understanding of ESG compliance frameworks including the CSRD reporting requirements or other relevant global sustainability reporting standards and technological systems.
- Personal Attributes: Passion for sustainability, working with data and problem solving. Proactive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Language skills: fluent in English
