WHAT YOU’LL DO
You will execute and ensure sustainability impact and outcomes at the facility level for various environmental thematic areas. This involves executing set strategies and finding opportunities for improvement.
You will need to guide facilities for impactful actions by identifying appropriate solutions to improve their sustainability performance.
You are responsible for effective implementation of our sustainability initiatives. You set roadmaps and follow up on its progress at the facility level.
By tracking advancements and addressing any challenges, you will ensure that our sustainability initiatives remain on course and effective.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…
At least 5 years work experience in sustainability or relevant areas, experience of working in production decarbonization is preferred
Good knowledge of environment program specifically on energy, water and chemicals topics
Strong verbal and written communication skills with different stakeholders
Strong execution and ownership by fully implementing sustainability initiatives at the facility level, ensuring full alignment with global set strategies.
Curiosity to explore new sustainability trends and technologies, continuously seeking innovative solutions to enhance our practices.
Strong technical expertise and effective collaboration with key stakeholders, you will strengthen improvement possibilities by regularly assessing current processes and focusing on continuous enhancement to drive significant advancements.
Good project management skills so that you can effectively plan, execute, and monitor sustainability projects, coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
