Job Description

As part of the Group Sustainability Division, the Sustainability Communication & Engagement Project Manager contributes to the communication and engagement dimension of the Group sustainability strategy.

Reporting to the Sustainability Communication & Engagement Director, the role focuses on content, messaging, engagement and internal activation, ensuring sustainability priorities are clearly understood, communicated and embraced across brands, regions and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Sustainability Communication & Content

  • Contribute to the deployment of sustainability communication plans across internal and selected external channels.
  • Coordinate the creation and adaptation of communication assets (key visuals, editorial content, presentations, communication toolkits).
  • Ensure consistency, clarity and alignment of sustainability narratives with Group priorities.

Engagement & Change Communication

  • Support the design and coordination of engagement initiatives (internal campaigns, awareness moments, challenges, events, awards).
  • Help translate sustainability strategy into clear, pedagogical and inspiring messages to support cultural adoption.
  • Contribute to internal change communication initiatives linked to sustainability priorities.

Internal Coordination

  • Act as a communication point of contact for brands, regions and functions on sustainability topics.
  • Support cross‑team alignment by ensuring communication consistency and clarity of key messages.

Measurement & Learning

  • Track and consolidate communication and engagement indicators (reach, usage of communication tools, participation rates).
  • Collect qualitative feedback to improve communication effectiveness and engagement formats.

Support to Governance & Projects

  • Support communication needs related to sustainability governance (steerco decks, internal updates, summaries).
  • Prepare communication inputs for internal meetings and decision forums.

Qualifications

Education
Master’s degree (Communication, Marketing, Sustainability, Public Affairs or equivalent)

Mandatory

  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience
  • A first confirmed experience in communication (corporate, internal, brand or agency)
  • Knowledge or concrete experience in CSR / sustainability topics, through missions, projects or a dedicated role
  • Fluent in French and English

Strong written and verbal communication skillsNice to have

  • Experience in a responsible or purpose‑driven communication agency
  • Exposure to ESG or sustainability transformation topics
  • Ability to create engaging presentations and video content using relevant tools

Skills & mindset

  • Strong writing, storytelling and synthesis skills
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear and engaging messages
  • Comfortable working with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Organise, proactive and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
