We’re hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Confirmit to serve as the expert on Confirmit workflows within our automation platform.

You’ll design and manage surveys, test new features, and collaborate with engineering to improve automation reliability — ensuring our AI products replicate real-world research complexity at scale.

• Create and manage surveys using Confirmit with advanced routing and validation

• Act as the SME for Confirmit, bringing deep knowledge of survey workflows

• Test surveys, troubleshoot issues, and identify gaps in Confirmit functionality

• Provide structured feedback to improve automation accuracy and researcher experience

• Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams on Confirmit-specific workflows

• Support customer demos by showcasing Confirmit workflows

• Help resolve Confirmit-related queries, tickets, and training needs
  

Core Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Confirmit survey programming

• Deep knowledge of survey logic, scripting, and workflows in Confirmit

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities

• Experience with survey automation or integrating Confirmit with DP/BI tools
