Summary Description: The Surveillance Exercise Coordinator manages the surveillance and role player support for a Customer program. They manage surveillance performance, scheduling, staffing, and travel. This position entails additional support activities, such as infrastructure and equipment procurement. This position includes 20-40% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Manages staffing and scheduling for surveillance roleplayers in support of training programs.
- Procures and manages infrastructure across the US in support of training programs.
- Oversees and ensures the successful travel of roleplayer personnel.
- Provides oversight and management of practical exercises in support of training programs of instruction.
- Ensures aspects of training course planning and preparation are professional and to the highest standards, to including staffing, classroom preparation, infrastructure management and equipment orders.
- Provides occasional instruction in surveillance operations.
- Interviews and hires independent contractor personnel in support of Core One training programs.
Requirements:
- 5 Years’ Experience in surveillance operations.
- Understanding of surveillance methodologies, communications methods, and types.
- Ability to multi-task across fast-paced training environments.
- Attention to detail is required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance.
- BS/BA (or equivalent experience).
Desired Skills:
- Experience as a surveillance team leader is desired.
