The Egg Pick-Up Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of egg collection, ensuring that eggs are collected, handled, and transported in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines. Job Responsibilities

  • Train and develop team members, providing guidance on processes, safety, and equipment usage.

  • Handle employee issues, including attendance, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, animal welfare standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in agricultural production or logistics preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in poultry operations, egg production, or agricultural supervision.
  • Strong understanding of egg collection processes, biosecurity protocols, and quality standards.
  • Experience in supervising teams, managing schedules, and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding environments and flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to typical risks of injury in an office environment.
