Job Summary
The Egg Pick-Up Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of egg collection, ensuring that eggs are collected, handled, and transported in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines. This role supervises the egg pick-up team, coordinates schedules, ensures equipment is maintained, and enforces biosecurity and safety protocols to support efficient and high-quality egg production.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the egg pick-up team, ensuring timely collection and transportation of eggs.

- Ensure that all equipment used in egg collection and transportation is properly maintained and operational.

- Train and develop team members, providing guidance on processes, safety, and equipment usage.

Required Skills and Qualifications
