任职资质:
- 具有医学、药学或相关专业本科及以上学历（或者中级及以上专业技术职称）
- 6年以上医药行业相关工作经验，绩效优秀；
- 熟悉医药行业的工作流程，具备专业的临床推广技能和学术知识；
- 结果导向，具备良好的商业敏锐度、客户服务意识、沟通表达和团队合作能力；
- 诚信、积极主动，有激情，有责任感。

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or above in Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field (or mid-level or higher professional technical title)
- At least 6 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience with strong performance
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry workflows and professional clinical promotion skills and academic knowledge
- Result-oriented with strong commercial acumen, customer service awareness, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Integrity, proactive attitude, passion, and sense of responsibility
